Mr. Zanone has provided appraisal and consulting services throughout Mid-Missouri involving primarily single-family residential units. Mr. Zanone has also provided appraisal services involving small income properties, residential tracts and easement acquisition projects in Mid-Missouri with a majority of work performed in Boone County. Mr. Zanone provides assistance in completing the annual Columbia Apartment Market Survey.
